I remember with joy my first contract and especially the first day onboard back in 2007, I can recall it very clearly, the time when I was so nervous because I was new to shipboard life and most importantly to the Casino environment. I cannot express how thankful I was to receive amazing support from the Casino Manager and the Cage Manager at that time. They truly made me feel that I have nothing to be worried about, they lifted my morale and they welcomed me to the Carnival Family in the most upbeat way. Throughout my first contract, I have been pushed in the right direction, my managers believed in me and gave me the right motivation to continue. 12 years later and counting up, I am still here part of a great family.
